#TBT Herring Catch

Early in the spring I went out to photograph the Herring fleet from Gartley point. It is always fun to capture the boats and variety of birds during the herring run. It was a late afternoon in March with my 300mm lens. The coast mountains provided a nice snowy backdrop, with a variety of sea birds around the fleet. These are my seleceted ten images from the day.
