Shots from six days of Vancouver Island Music Fest.
For the past week I lived and breathed Music Fest, and yes it was dusty at times. There was lots of good music, food and catching up with some friends, and making new ones.
My goal for the week was to get some shots of what was happening as the festival grew. However as the first aid coordinator I didn’t want to run around with my bigger camera so I brought out my little S90 from Canon.
This camera is a gem. Having used it for awhile now, I have found it to be a fun walk around camera. The little slow sync flash provides some nice pop when needed.
I made a quick movie of some of those shots set to music by Bobby Herron from the Home Album.
It seemed wrong not to add a few photos as this is a photography site so here are a few shots that I didn’t add on FB.
